B - Add 1 1/2 cup of flour, 1 1/2 Sugar, 1 1/2 cup Milk.

C - Measure 4 separate batters (1 cup each) into 4 one-gallon freezer bags.
Keep 1 starter bag for yourself and give the other 3 bags to friends along with a
copy of this recipe. If not passed on the first day, it is helpful to mark the bag
with the start date and the recipe day.

D - Preheat the oven to 325*. To the remaining batter in the bowl add

3 eggs   1/2 tsp. Vanilla    1 Cup oil
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder   1/2 Cup milk
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda         1 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt   2 tsp. Cinnamon  2 Cups Flour
1 large (5 to 6 oz or 102g) Pkg. of instant Vanilla Pudding Mix.
OPTIONAL: Add canned fruit, Nuts, Raisins etc.

E - Grease 2 large loaf pans and mix an additional 1/2 Cup Sugar with 1 1/2
tsp. Cinnamon

F - Dust each greased pan with half of this mixture

G - Pour the batter evenly into the pans and sprinkle remaining
cinnamon/sugar over the top.

H - Bake for 1 hour. Cool until bread loosens from pan (About 10
min.) Turn out on serving dish. Serve warm or cold.

If you keep a starter for yourself you will be baking bread every 10 days. The bread is
very, very good and makes a great gift. Only the Amish know how to create a starter kit,
so if you give them all away, your have to wait until someone gives one back to you!
